Product feature guide

What the platform offers and how to use it in the workbench. Usage only — no technical internals.

Quick start

After sign-in, the workbench covers personal features; enterprise adds approvals and governance.

  1. Sign up or log inUse Free start for a personal account, or enterprise SSO.
  2. Open the workbenchGo to Workspace / Chat — assign tasks and watch the agent work.
  3. Pick your pathChat for quick asks; create a project when you need Word, sheets, web, or browser automation.

Agent chat

Assign work in natural language and see what the agent did, step by step.

Start a conversation

  1. Open the workbenchAfter login, open Workspace / Chat and describe what you want done in one message.
  2. Follow the agentThe center panel shows each step the agent takes; you can steer with follow-up messages.
  3. Review the trailEvery step stays in the thread so you can verify what happened later.

Collaborate & switch

Two common patterns in the composer:

  • Type @ to notify a colleague inside the project.
  • Type + to hand off to a digital employee (e.g. finance, docs).
  • To change direction, send a new message — no need to start over.

Projects & delivery

Keep an entire job in a project folder and preview exports in the artifact panel.

Create a project

  1. New projectClick + or New project, enter a name and first request; a dedicated folder is created.
  2. Attach resources (optional)Mount skills, plugins, knowledge bases, or data files so the agent knows what to use.
  3. RunThe agent reads and writes inside the project folder; the file tree updates on the left.

Four project types

Pick by deliverable:

  • Document: reports and decks — preview and export PDF.
  • Spreadsheet: Excel detail and pivots — multi-sheet preview.
  • Web: landing pages and small sites — live preview link.
  • Browser: web automation only — see the Browser guide.

Artifacts

Open the artifact panel to preview docx, xlsx, pptx, or web builds before download or share.

Projects & delivery

Browser automation

For legacy web UIs without APIs.

Create a browser project

  1. Describe the siteCreate a browser project and state the URL and goal, e.g. log into a supplier portal and submit reconciliation.
  2. Watch the sessionThe artifact panel streams the page while the agent fills, clicks, and navigates.
  3. CAPTCHA takeoverWhen CAPTCHA or human confirmation is required, click “I’ll handle it”, complete it, then the agent continues.

Good fits

Bank portals, legacy OA, supplier sites without APIs.

  • Log in and download reports
  • Fill and submit web forms
  • Move data across multiple sites in steps

Collaboration & notify

Connect AI execution with human approval and IM notifications.

@ colleagues in a project

  1. Send @ messageIn project chat, type @ and pick a colleague with what you need confirmed.
  2. Wait for replyThey respond in the workbench or IM; replies stay in the same project thread.
  3. ContinueAfter confirmation, the agent can proceed (publish, submit, etc.).

Sensitive approvals

Enterprise policies can require approval for email, payments, etc.:

  • An approval dialog appears when the agent tries the action.
  • The named approver must confirm via @.
  • If denied, the agent stops and explains in chat.

Mobile & IM

With WeCom or similar connected, colleagues get @ or approval alerts on mobile and jump back to the project.

Collaboration & notify

My space

My space on the left holds docs, project files, and agent output — personal, department, or enterprise scope.

  • Personal Private docs and projects — visible only to you.
  • Department Shared within your department; members can upload and reference.
  • Enterprise Admin-published materials readable by all — policies, templates, shared data.

Upload reference files to the right scope before creating a project; mount them in chat or projects so the agent can use them.

Personal settings

Configure your agents and account in Settings; enterprise members also get directory and shared Skill catalog.

My digital employees

Maintain personal agent roles; type + in chat to switch.

My skills

Manage personal Skills that define specialized work.

My plugins

Install plugin bundles to enable multiple capabilities at once.

My tools

Connect external tool accounts for lookups, notifications, etc.

Scheduled tasks

Set recurring reminders or jobs for digital employees.

My models

Pick enterprise-assigned models or configure personal keys.

Notifications & IM

Choose how you get approval and collaboration alerts; bind personal IM.

Directory & enterprise Skills

Find colleagues for @; browse admin-published enterprise Skill catalog.

Console overview

Enterprise admins use a separate console to configure org, shared capabilities, and quotas; employees use those settings in the daily workbench.

Console vs. workbench: admins publish and govern here; employees chat and deliver there. Dept admins usually manage only their department’s resources and digital employees.

Organization & people

Maintain org structure, invite employees, and onboard personal accounts into the enterprise.

  • Org chart: departments and reporting lines for @ collaboration and access.
  • Employees: invite colleagues and assign admin or member roles.
  • Onboard personal users: link existing personal accounts for unified governance.

Portal & sign-in

Configure how employees reach the portal and handle demo lead forms from the marketing site.

  • Sign-in options: registration, enterprise SSO, WeChat login, etc.
  • Portal copy and welcome messaging on the employee login experience.
  • Demo leads: review submissions from “Book a demo” on the public site.

Shared resources

Publish capabilities, files, and data for all or a department — employees pick them up in the workbench.

Skill catalog

Publish enterprise or department Skills for specialized workflows.

The Skill catalog is a central marketplace for pre-configured and custom workflows. Admins can publish structured skills containing multi-step sequences. Members can enable them in one click, allowing the Agent to automatically execute tasks like daily report drafting, formatting, or data cross-merging without writing any code.

Skill catalog

Plugins

List plugin bundles so employees enable multiple capabilities at once.

Plugins provide plug-and-play extensions for agent capabilities. Admins can upload and assign plugin bundles to departments, immediately unlocking advanced micro-actions. For example, enabling the Excel styling plugin allows the Agent to generate beautifully formatted pivot tables, while the PDF rendering plugin outputs professional-grade documents instantly.

Plugins

Tool connections

Configure enterprise tool accounts for agents under policy.

Tool connections bridge the gap, allowing the Agent to interact directly with internal systems. Admins can securely connect enterprise accounts (such as ERP logins, mail servers, CRM interfaces, and notification channels). The Agent runs operations within policy rules and sandboxed environments, with human-in-the-loop approvals for sensitive actions to keep business operations secure.

Tool connections

Knowledge bases

Upload policies and manuals for org-wide or dept reference.

Knowledge bases eliminate hallucinations, serving as the source of truth for your Agents. Upload corporate handbooks, product documentation, service playbooks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). The system parses and indexes these files, enabling the Agent to retrieve, reference, and generate highly accurate answers for both team members and clients.

Knowledge bases

Data assets

Publish structured tables for reconciliation, analysis, etc.

Data assets manage structured datasets. Admins can publish database views, region targets, or CSV tables. The Agent accesses these assets directly to perform pivot analysis, financial reconciliation, and generate dynamic trend charts, completing time-consuming audits and reports in minutes instead of days.

Data assets

Workspace storage

Manage enterprise and department shared folders and access.

Workspace storage manages the folders and file trees shared across the company or specific departments. Admins configure directory access and permissions. All reference materials and Agent-generated project deliverables are stored securely here. Backed by built-in Git versioning, users can review checkpoints, compare changes, and rollback files easily.

Workspace storage

Digital employees & quota

Configure shared digital employee templates and LLM usage quotas.

  • Shared digital employees: pre-built agents for finance, docs, etc. — employees invoke with +.
  • Models & quota: control which models and how much usage each scope gets.
  • Dept admins maintain department digital employees within enterprise policy.

IM channels

Connect WeCom, Feishu, DingTalk, etc. so approvals and @ alerts reach mobile.

Once connected, @ messages and pending approvals push to IM; tap the link to return to the workbench.
